Events and Adventures Terms of Service

By agreeing to these terms & conditions you understand that through this renewal purchase your original signed membership with Events & Adventures is being extended for the number of years indicated. This renewal membership begins at the end of your current membership access or (if your membership has already expired) on the date the renewal is purchased.

You understand that Events & Adventures will charge the card you have provided upon submitting this order and you authorize the company to do so.

All waivers and responsibilities from your original agreement will be enforced during any extension or renewal period. These months are in addition to the membership you already own. Since this renewal represents a sizable savings, full payment is required at the time of purchase for the membership. You understand that everything on your original membership agreement with Events & Adventures remains the same other than the additional cost and additional time being purchased.

This membership extension can be cancelled for any reason by emailing a cancellation request to members@eventsandadventures.ca or sending notification of cancellation in writing by certified mail.  After 3 business days this extension is non-cancellable.

Additional Terms and Conditions Illinois:
Relocation.  If Member moves his/her residence to location 20 miles farther from the office than their present residence, Events and Adventures may designate an enterprise with services comparable to those of Events and Adventures which is within 25 miles of a member’s new address. If designated enterprise agrees to accept Events and Adventures obligations under this agreement, this agreement shall continue with the designated enterprise. If Events and Adventures do not designate such an enterprise or if the designated enterprise does not accept Events and Adventures obligations under this agreement, member may cancel this agreement and shall be liable only for the portion of the charges allocable to the time before reasonable evidence of members relocation was presented to Events and Adventures. If the membership is a virtual events membership, then for purposes of Relocation proration the member must move outside of the United States AND Canada.  Reasonable evidence accepted will be a copy of a current utility bill or state ID recently issued with the updated address and member’s name. If membership is a virtual/travel only membership, relocation does not apply.  Passing. If member dies during the term of this agreement, member’s estate shall be liable for only that portion of the charges allocable to the time before the member’s demise.
Additional Terms and Conditions California:
  1. DISABILITY:  If by reason of death or disability you are unable to receive all services for which you have contracted, you and your estate may elect to be relieved of the obligation to make payments for services other than those received before death or the onset of disability, except as provided in paragraph (3).

    1. If you have prepaid any amount for services, the amount prepaid that is allocable to services that you have not received shall be promptly refunded to you or your representative.

    2. “Disability” means a condition which precludes you from physically using the services specified in the contract during the term of disability and the condition is verified in writing by a physician designated and remunerated by the buyer. The written verification of the physician shall be presented to the E&A.

    3. If the physician determines that the duration of the disability will be less than six months, E&A may extend the term of the contract for a period of six months at no additional charge to you in lieu of cancellation.


RELOCATION: If you relocate your primary residence further than 50 miles from the E&A office and it is unable to transfer the contract to a comparable facility, you may elect to be relieved of the obligation to make payment for services other than those received prior to that relocation, and if you haves prepaid any amount for services, the amount prepaid that is allocable to services that you have not received shall be promptly refunded to the you. If you elect to be relieved of further obligation pursuant to this subdivision, you may be charged a predetermined fee not to exceed one hundred dollars ($100) or, if more than half the life of the contract has expired, a predetermined fee not to exceed fifty dollars ($50).  We will request proof of relocation upon notice that you have relocated in the form of a utility bill or state issued ID recently issued, reflecting the updated address and your name.
